If a Refund is required it will be processed in the similar manner. If a product ever found damaged on opening which is quite unlikely, send a picture of the same and send it to us within 24 hours of the package being received, to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send a replacement within 24 hours which should reach you within the next 5 - 8 days.
If a parcel is lost in transit or was returned due to the issue from the Courier/Transport we will resend the parcel within a day of updation of status (Return or lost) on the tracking Courier/Transport website. The resent parcel should reach you within 5 -8 working days .
